VILLAS · B&BS · SMALL HOTELS
Booking-system setup for villas and small hotels in Jamaica.
Give your property a clearer way to receive and manage bookings. Retron helps define and configure a booking setup around your property, existing tools and supported channels.
Essential from US$799.99
Choose the setup your property needs.
A direct-booking setup and a property management system solve different parts of the work. We review how your property currently receives bookings and manages calendars before recommending the Essential tier or booking plus PMS integration.
Essential or booking + PMS
Essential starts at US$799.99. Booking plus property management system integration starts at US$1,399.99. These are tiers of one property booking service. Davis confirms which tier fits your property and what the agreed software and configuration will include.
What we check before setup
- Your property type, size and current booking process.
- The booking software and calendars already in use.
- Which channels are supported and your property is eligible to connect.
- Whether existing reservations or other information need migration.
Supported channels and boundaries
Agreed software can support channels such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia or Vrbo where compatibility and property eligibility allow. A connection is not assumed for every property. Website building, payment work, software subscriptions, OTA commissions, processing charges and third-party fees are separate. Complex migration needs its own agreed scope.
